Summary (What/Why/Coverage)-Main Activities:
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for full-cycle recruitment and the development of a sustainable pipeline of qualified internal and external candidates. This role serves as a strategic advisor to hiring leaders and a trusted partner within Human Resources, providing expert guidance on talent strategy, workforce needs, and market trends. As a brand ambassador, the Talent Acquisition Partner represents the organization to the external talent market while ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience. The position requires strong problem-solving skills and creativity to navigate complex hiring challenges, align multiple stakeholders, and deliver effective talent solutions that support organizational goals.
Core Competencies:
- Understanding of Talent Acquisition within a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent computer skills and familiarity with most common software packages.
- Demonstrated effective leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- High sense of urgency with strong follow-through and accountability while sourcing talent.
Technical Competencies:
- Strategic Talent Acquisition (STA) certification is preferred.
- Experience with Paylocity HRIS is preferred
- Experience with recruiting platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and college job sites
- Excellent computer skills and familiarity with most common software packages.
- Project Management skills desired.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to assess and engage active and passive candidates for all roles.
- Demonstrates an understanding of how the business operates, including internal dynamics and external constraints, to create competitive advantage through talent acquisition
- Ability to manage variety of communication methods for extended periods.

Key Responsibilities (What/How):
- Develop, implement, measure, and adjust as necessary a comprehensive talent acquisition plan; Provide metrics and reporting to ensure the ongoing success of talent acquisition.
- Develop assessments, testing, and best practices to attract and retain team members.
- Build candidate pool and name recognition through social media and other platforms.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions
- Identifies hiring needs, aligns candidates to roles, and compellingly presents opportunities.
- Effectively consults with hiring managers on candidate profiles to drive organizational success.
- Serves as a mediator between candidates and the organization.
- Negotiates offers and expectations while ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and active listening skills.
- Representative of the company as well as the products and services.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of each hiring manager’s leadership style, business priorities, team dynamics, and work environment to ensure effective candidate alignment and successful placements.
- Ability to understand business needs, how the company works, from external constraints internal dynamics and use this to build the competitive edge in talent acquisition.
- Develop and supports Internship Programs through partnerships with High Schools, Technical Colleges, and Universities.
- Additional related responsibilities assigned.
Physical Demands:
This position requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, as well as regular walking and physical labor in a non–climate-controlled environment. The role involves lifting up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Required vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
