We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to drive hiring execution across the organization. This role is focused on delivering results through disciplined recruiting practices, strong assessment, and consistent follow-through ensuring hiring decisions are timely, high-quality, and aligned with business needs. The Talent Acquisition Manager will work closely with hiring managers, actively recruit for roles as needed, and coach the recruiting team to execute at a high level across corporate, sales, and contact center hiring. This is a player-coach role that requires excellent judgment, strong assessment skills, and the ability to influence leaders through credibility, partnership, and data.


This role directly impacts the quality of talent entering the organization. Success means better hiring decisions, stronger teams, faster ramp-up, and leaders who trust the recruiting process. This is an on-site role based in Scottsdale, AZ; Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.


Key Responsibilities


Talent Assessment & Hiring Excellence

  • Lead and continuously improve candidate assessment practices to ensure high-quality, consistent hiring decisions.
  • Personally conduct and support interviews for key roles across corporate, sales, and contact center functions as business needs require.
  • Set the standard for structured interviewing, behavioral assessments, and evidence-based hiring decisions.
  • Partner with senior leaders to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring criteria.

Hiring Manager Enablement

  • Design and deliver assessment and interview training for hiring managers.
  • Coach leaders on how to evaluate talent objectively, avoid bias, and make data-driven hiring decisions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Recruiting Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop recruiting teams supporting corporate and contact center hiring in Scottsdale and Cancun.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management to ensure recruiters are effective, accountable, and continuously improving.
  • Build a collaborative, high expectation recruiting culture focused on speed, quality, and candidate experience.

Talent Acquisition Operations & Analytics

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the UKG ATS, ensuring strong data integrity, process discipline, and system optimization.
  • Own Talent Acquisition analytics, including funnel metrics, time-to-fill, quality of hire indicators, and recruiter productivity.
  • Use data to identify gaps, improve outcomes, and clearly communicate recruiting performance to leadership.

Early Talent & Employer Branding

  • Lead and scale the company’s internship program, from planning through execution and conversion.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, campus events, and industry recruiting events.
  • Plan and execute open houses and recruiting events as needed to support hiring goals.
  • Strengthen employer branding through strong candidate experiences and compelling storytelling.


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with demonstrated success hiring across multiple functions and levels.
  • Minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisition management experience, leading and developing recruiting teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Proven experience leading recruiting or talent acquisition teams across multiple locations.
  • Strong assessment and interviewing expertise with a track record of improving hiring quality.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships and close collaboration with hiring managers, earning trust and driving shared accountability for hiring outcomes.
  • Experience training and coaching, hiring managers and recruiters.
  • Hands-on recruiting experience across corporate, sales, and/or contact center roles.
  • Deep knowledge of ATS platforms and talent acquisition analytics.
  • Experience designing and leading internship programs and representing organizations at job fairs.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and shifting between strategy and execution.
