Profile:
The Manager, Talent Acquisition for G-III is responsible for developing recruiting strategies that support current and future business needs; leading and executing all aspects of talent acquisition and ensuring correct, consistent work quality across all searches, using strong collaborating and influencing skills. This position contributes to the creation of a culture that enables the continued acquisition of high performing talent across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively leads, develops and implements the strategies necessary to source, select and acquire top talent. Assures the ongoing implementation of best practice talent recruitment processes, resulting in a continual acquisition of exceptional talent. Creates a roadmap to develop and provide an ongoing talent pipeline in each area of expertise, supporting ongoing business needs.
- Leads anywhere from 10-25 searches at any given time in a fast-paced, ever-changing, results-driven environment, makes decisions quickly, creates new and innovative solutions when needed. Drives for results and improves time to fill.
- Collaborates cross functionally with Human Resources and hiring managers across businesses to deliver exceptional recruiting services in support of the overall objective to recruit top talent, creating a culture of accountability with a focus on delivering measurable results.
- Works closely with business leaders and hiring managers to deliver talent that meets business needs ensuring delivery of the right talent.
- Creates and shares best practices within the Talent Acquisition team, as well as broadly within the organization, to ensure that recruiting is highly effective and valued.
- Implements recruiting strategies to promote diversity in the workplace and attract diverse candidates.
- Ensures a professional and positive candidate experience by maintaining ongoing communication and securing feedback both during the recruitment process and thereafter.
- Maintains a thorough database/pipeline of talent across all relevant categories to reduce cycle time when new positions open. Upgrades the level of talent recruited, presented, and hired.
- Identifies and organizes recruitment events to build our employer brand presence.
Skills:
- Apparel Industry Experience REQUIRED
- Must be a strategic thinker, a creative problem solver with the ability to deliver outstanding work across an expansive and diverse environment

Experience:
- 5+ years in full-cycle talent acquisition roles, across multiple categories, at all levels; fashion industry experience preferred
- Proven ability to identify and recruit talent in a competitive market
- Expert in end-to-end recruiting process
- Experience working with business leaders in a results-driven culture
- Experience working in a corporate environment
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
The pay range for this position is: $95,000-$115,000 per year.
