Under the direction of the Talent Acquisition Senior Manager,the Talent Acquisition Assistantwill work with the North American(NAMR)Experienced Hire(EH)recruitingteamtosupportConsultant and Associate EHrecruiting effortsacross NAMR offices.This includesinterview dayplanning,candidatepipeline development,event planning and execution, marketing and branding related activities,and system and resourcemanagement.This position requires confidentiality and professionalism and someone who can deliver in a fast-pacedenvironment with the ability to adapt quickly to change. The Talent Acquisition Assistant must have effectivewritten and verbalcommunication skills,strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, prioritize work, andthink proactively.

You’llbe working with a closely knit team of Talent Acquisition membersacross the North America regional recruiting team.You’llbe supportingExperienced Hirerecruiting programs, andyou'llwork with other Talent Acquisition team members to back each other up and help each other out when things get extra busy or when someone is out of the office. The team is very collaborative and enjoys learning and mentoring each other. Your manager will be a great resource for support and trouble-shooting, andwill provide developmental guidance and support as your grow your career at BCG.

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, contributions to BCG’s Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF), and a market leading benefits package described below.
