As the Systems Transition Lead for PMW‑200, this role is responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of enterprise‑level transitions from legacy Naval Aviation logistics IT systems to modern Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platforms. The position conducts comprehensive assessments of current‑state systems and develops integrated transition architectures, schedules, and governance frameworks aligned with NAVAIR’s Digital Transformation objectives. This role manages cross‑functional government and industry teams to execute system modernization activities, including requirements definition, design reviews, testing, and operational cutover while actively mitigating program risks. Additionally, the Systems Transition Lead drives change management, user adoption, and long‑term sustainment strategies to ensure seamless integration, operational continuity, and measurable improvements in logistics performance and cost efficiency.
