Provide technical ownership of corporate and IT systems (e.g., Azure AD, SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, M365, Intune, Jamf, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and other cloud systems and infrastructure)
Research, develop, implement, and maintain the company’s network and system architecture
Support SOX ITGC controls and processes relating, but not limited to, authentication, provisioning, user access review, change management, and change monitoring.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configuration, processes, and procedures, including operational guides for managing and supporting systems
Integrate new applications into existing network infrastructure following architectural and established technical standards
Identify and propose opportunities to optimize network and system infrastructure
Conduct root-cause analysis for network or system outages and develop remediation plans
Conduct capacity planning of network and systems resources to ensure optimal availability and performance of IT infrastructure
Mentor and guide junior technicians and support staff
Provide escalated (Tier 3) end-user support for business users and the IT Operations team
Qualifications and Skills You’ll Bring to the Team…
Bachelor’s degree with coursework in Computer Science, CIS, MIS, or related field, trade certificates comparable to degree/experience
Minimum of 7 years of IT experience, with 5+ years of hands-on experience in systems engineering or administration
Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, and Cisco network certifications are highly preferred
Advance knowledge and experience with M365, Mobile Device Management (Intune and Jamf) and cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.)
Excellent verbal & written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with audience members at all levels within the organization
Strong analytical problem-solving skills
Ability to quickly grasp technical issues and offer solutions
Positive, can-do attitude with strong desire to solve problems
Attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications…
Technical certifications with Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS
Advanced PowerShell scripting and infrastructure automation experience
Strong security mindset with familiarity in modern endpoint, identity, and cloud security practices

The expected pay range for this position is $117,000 to $145,000.Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations, including but not limited to role-relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, geographic location, certifications, and more.We offer more than just a paycheck, and your base salary is just the start!
