🔍 About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst 4 with strong expertise in healthcare claims processing and deep knowledge of MMIS or similar large-scale claims systems.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
📊 Data Analysis & Conversion:
• Lead end-to-end FAS data conversion strategy (mapping, transformation, reconciliation)
• Direct data validation cycles and resolve data anomalies
• Manage mock conversion cycles and coordinate readiness
• Oversee data quality and ensure audit/regulatory compliance
• Develop conversion crosswalks and migration procedures
• Perform data validation, integrity checks, and reconciliation
• Analyze large datasets for discrepancies and trends
• Develop SQL/Teradata queries for validation and reporting
• Document conversion rules and validation results
• Collaborate with ETL developers and business teams
🧪 Testing & Quality Assurance:
• Lead Test Strategy (SIT, UAT, E2E)
• Test COTS applications and integrations across MES modules
• Create test scenarios, cases, and test data
• Support releases, enhancements, and defect resolution
• Manage defect triage across vendors
• Track UAT progress and maintain documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
✅ Required Skills & Experience
• Strong Agile Testing experience
• Expertise in Data Analysis, Conversion, Mapping, and ETL
• Experience with large datasets, validation, and reconciliation
• Strong SQL/Teradata query skills
• Experience documenting data conversion logic
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools
• Strong communication and organizational skills
⭐ Highly Desired:
• Experience with MMIS or similar claims systems
• Candidates who have worked with Conduent will be preferred
