This team is experiencing significant volume growth, and the role will provide immediate production support across loan booking, participant servicing, and agency servicing functions within LoanIQ. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up time. Prior experience at a major syndicated lending institution, either as an agent bank or participant bank, is strongly preferred.

- Extract and input key commercial terms such as pricing grids, commitment amounts, maturity dates, repayment schedules, borrowing base structures, and financial covenants
- Ensure accurate setup of deal economics to support regulatory capital calculations, risk exposure, and credit availability
- Coordinate with front office, legal counsel, and product control teams on deal closings and funding instructions
- Process lifecycle servicing events, including interest payments, fee payments, principal repayments, rate resets, rollovers, amendments, extensions, and waivers
- Reconcile agent bank notices against LoanIQ records and resolve discrepancies involving payment amounts, rates, or accrual periods
- Monitor borrowing base certificates, compliance certificates, and covenant reporting received from agent banks
- Perform administrative agent servicing functions, including payment distributions to lender syndicates and managing lender positions following syndications, assignments, participations, and commitment changes
- Generate and distribute lender notices, including drawdowns, rate settings, paydowns, amendments, and waiver requests
- Process SOFR rate resets, calculate all-in rates including margins and floors, and initiate rollover transactions
- Ensure all transactions are completed within established SLAs and in accordance with operational procedures and risk controls
- Escalate exceptions, fails, and reconciliation breaks promptly through appropriate channels
- Support month-end and quarter-end processing, including accrual verification and GL reconciliation assistance
Required Qualifications:
- 3–4+ years of hands-on syndicated loan operations experience within a bank, fund administrator, or financial institution
- Direct daily experience with LoanIQ required, including navigating deal/facility/loan hierarchies, processing servicing events, and troubleshooting independently
- Demonstrated experience in at least two of the following areas: loan booking/deal setup, participant servicing, or agency servicing
- Strong understanding of SOFR-based lending conventions, including lookback mechanics, compounding methods, and fallback provisions
- Ability to interpret credit agreements, amendments, and agent notices to extract operational terms
- Strong attention to detail in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience at a bulge-bracket or large regional bank in loan operations or servicing
- Experience supporting structured credit products such as CLO warehouses, CRE warehouses, subscription finance, or capital call facilities
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar workflow/case management tools
