Description:

Be a critical link in ensuring the right supplies are in the right place—every day.
This role provides hands‑on supply chain support across specialty supply areas, helping to keep operations running smoothly and supporting high‑quality patient care. You’ll serve as a trusted on‑site resource, collaborating with stakeholders and resolving supply and equipment needs in a fast‑paced environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide comprehensive supply chain support in specialty areas, including receiving, distribution, requisitioning, ordering, and resolution of supply and equipment requests.
  • Coordinate and manage supply and equipment acquisitions to ensure timely availability for end users.
  • Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of computer‑based supply chain systems to ensure continuous operational availability.
  • Serve as the frontline supply chain representative for site‑based meetings, initiatives, and operational activities.
  • Support end users with non‑standard or escalated needs as identified by the Supply Chain Leader.
  • Apply working knowledge of Technician and Technician Advanced functions to support broader operational needs.
  • Spend up to 30% of time assisting with inventory management or data analysis to support informed decision‑making and efficiency.
What You Bring

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2–3 years of supply chain experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Prior supply chain experience in healthcare, warehousing, or distribution environments
  • Experience within a Trinity Health facility strongly preferred
  • Willingness and ability to complete additional education, training, and competency assessments as required
Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly Pay Range: $19.07 – $29.55
    Actual compensation is based on experience, education, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
