Key Requirements and Competencies
Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of FDA regulations, Good Distribution Practices (GDP), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Cold Chain Logistics: Expertise in transporting temperature-sensitive biopharma products.
Systems Proficiency: Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Operational Skills: Inventory management, demand forecasting, procurement, and supplier management.
Risk Mitigation: Developing contingency plans for drug shortages, recalls, or raw material delays.
