Supply Chain Project Manager (Government Contracts / FAR 15)

📍 Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 remote after onboarding)

💲 Pay Rate: $50.50/hr

Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Project Manager to lead the material component of the end-to-end FAR Part 15 (FAR15) proposal and subcontracting lifecycle. This role supports large-scale, government-facing programs—from proposal development and award through subcontract negotiation and long-term supplier execution.

You will coordinate compliant FAR15 material packages for submission to U.S. Government agencies, collaborate with pricing and internal business teams, and drive subcontract execution aligned with program objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead proposal and contract execution activities for large-scale government programs
  • Develop and support material negotiation strategies aligned with contract awards
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support customer negotiations and program delivery
  • Interface with customers to support audits and contract award processes
  • Engage and manage supplier relationships as required
  • Mentor and guide team members across the organization

Qualifications – Required:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Contracts, Business, or Finance
  • Strong understanding of the DoD procurement lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with FAR Part 15 subcontracting
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Familiarity with FAR and DFARS regulations
  • Experience in supply chain/procurement within defense, aerospace, or similar industries
  • Knowledge of Truthful Cost or Pricing Data (TCPD) requirements
  • Ability to interpret and apply complex contractual terms, including flow-down clauses
