Supply Chain Program Manager

A globally leading consumer device company headquartered in Cupertino, CA is seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Program Manager with strong Business Analyst skills to join the Procurement Organization. In this role you will drive Supply Chain IT projects end-to-end while providing Supply Chain Analytics to management for key decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Supply Chain IT projects within the Procurement Organization, along with providing Supply Chain Analytics to management for key decision-making.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop detailed project plans for progress tracking; constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
  • Establish and manage relationships with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Act as liaison with data engineers, ML engineers, and PM stakeholders on projects; escalate to management for critical project issues if needed.


Required Qualifications:

  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and programs in an ambiguous, dynamic environment.
  • Highly organized with the ability to operate with complex and detailed subject matter.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to go deep on subjects when required.
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential material with discretion.
  • Hands-on experience leveraging GenAI tools (e.g., LLMs, copilots, AI agents) to drive product innovation, automation, or decision intelligence.
  • Strong business analysis skills — ability to translate business requirements into actionable project deliverables.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations within a technology or manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet).
  • Familiarity with data analytics platforms and business intelligence tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).


Type: Contract

Duration: 3 months with extension

Work Location:Cary, NC (hybrid or onsite)

Pay rate: : $72.00 - $87.00/ph (Cary, NC)
