Supply Chain Manager

Core Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of supply chain management experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.

Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
• Experience supporting Tier 1 OEM customers or similar high-demand customer environments.

The successful candidate will lead end-to-end supply chain operations within a high-volume production environment. This role is responsible for driving supply chain strategy, executing ERP system implementation, and optimizing performance across procurement, planning, inventory, and logistics. The Supply Chain Manager will play a critical role in improving operational efficiency, strengthening supplier networks, and ensuring alignment with customer requirements in a fast-paced, technology-driven manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, planning, inventory, and logistics.
• Drive ERP system implementation and optimization to improve data visibility, planning accuracy, and execution.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies that support production, cost, and delivery objectives.
• Lead SIOP processes to align demand, capacity, inventory, and financial targets.
• Manage supplier performance and sourcing strategies to ensure supply continuity and risk mitigation.
• Serve as the primary interface with customers on supply chain performance, ensuring delivery, quality, and service expectations are met.
