ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a global supply chain and drive meaningful impact across sourcing, inventory, and operations for a growing manufacturing organization.
You’ll step into a role where your ability to align suppliers, reduce costs, and improve execution will directly influence performance across the business.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own end-to-end supply chain strategy (sourcing, inventory, logistics, demand planning) with a focus on cost reduction, risk mitigation, quality improvement, and lead time reduction
- Build and manage strategic supplier relationships, negotiate agreements, and ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and FDA standards
- Lead performance through data—monitor inventory, fill rates, delivery timelines, and supplier metrics using ERP, Power BI, and other tools
- Oversee procurement and budgeting, lead a team, and drive continuous improvement across logistics and supply chain operations
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s degree required; Business or Systems preferred
- 5–10 years in supply chain management, including supplier negotiations
- Strong financial, inventory, and data analysis skills
- Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft 365, Power BI, and procurement tools
- Ability to influence cross-functionally and communicate effectively
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
