Role Responsibilities
The Supply Chain Director will lead procurement, inventory, and warehouse operations across the business, driving efficiency, accountability, and scalable processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee the full procurement strategy, including vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and cost-efficiency initiatives
- Lead and develop purchasing and inventory teams, establishing clear processes and performance expectations
- Own inventory control and warehouse operations, including receiving, transfers, cycle counts, and accuracy initiatives
- Implement technology-enabled improvements to enhance service levels, reporting accuracy, and operational scalability
- Drive continuous improvement across supply chain functions to support overall business performance and customer satisfaction
