Overview
We are seeking a Supply Chain Planner to support demand planning, inventory optimization, and production scheduling across the organization. This role partners closely with procurement, operations, manufacturing, and logistics to ensure product availability while balancing cost, service levels, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain demand and supply plans to support production and customer requirements
- Monitor inventory levels and recommend actions to minimize excess and prevent stockouts
- Collaborate with procurement and manufacturing teams on material planning and capacity alignment
- Analyze forecast accuracy, lead times, and supply constraints; drive continuous improvement
- Support S&OP processes with data-driven insights and reporting
- Maintain planning data within ERP and planning systems; ensure data accuracy
- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies across the supply chain
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field
- 2–5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, production planning, or inventory management
- Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with ERP systems required
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or consumer products
- Exposure to demand planning tools or advanced planning systems
- APICS / CPIM certification a plus
