Job Summary
We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support and lead key supply chain activities across inventory management, procurement, production planning, transportation, warehousing, and distribution. This contractor role plays an integral part in developing forecasting, replenishment, and logistics decision processes while supporting day‑to‑day operational execution.
In addition to analytical and process‑driven responsibilities, this role will be responsible for data entry and order conversion, supporting accurate and timely order flow through the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and evaluate supply chain activities including inventory management, procurement, production planning, transportation, warehousing, and distribution
- Support the development of new forecasting, order replenishment, and logistics channel decision processes
- Manage day‑to‑day replenishment activities and respond to store replenishment questions
- Prepare reports and dashboards and track, report, and follow up on key inventory metrics
- Perform data entry and manage order conversion activities with a high degree of accuracy
- Lead process improvement initiatives, identify key stakeholders, and drive execution across teams
- Educate and influence supply chain stakeholders on new processes and best practices
- Develop decision support tools and financial models to analyze cost/benefit tradeoffs
- Analyze multi‑tier distribution channels to assess cost and service level tradeoffs
- Gather supply chain best practices and develop strategies to support business case development
- Support central replenishment activities, including inventory forecasting and replenishment strategies
- Partner with merchants on promotions, price changes, and exit strategies
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of supply chain, logistics, replenishment, or order management experience
- Strong experience with data entry, order management, and order conversion
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience preparing reports, dashboards, and inventory analyses
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to work fully onsite in Atlanta
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to SQL
- Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools
- Prior experience supporting replenishment or forecasting functions
Contract Details
- 8‑month contract (through end of December)
- Strong history of extensions and potential conversion to full‑time
- Fully onsite, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
