The Franciscan Health Environmental Services (EVS) Supervisor plans, organizes, and controls the activities of the personnel engaged in all phases of environmental services. This position ensures the proper procedures, frequencies of service, and methods are followed. The Supervisor maintains cooperation with staff and other department, and assists with plans for improving environmental services.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Assignand schedulecleaning of areas at designated campuses, to ensure adequate staff coverage.
Maintainadequate staffing levels by appropriately scheduling staff's days on/off.
Monitorthe usage of supplies and equipment, and ensures that adequate stock is available.
Observeand enforceall safety policies, procedures, and rules to ensure a safe work environment.
Participatein people management activities for direct team members, such as conducting performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and interviews.
Trainstaff in cleaning tasks, department procedures, and policies.
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred High School Diploma/GED
2 years EVS Preferred
Dept of Trans Training (DOTTRN) - .
