💰 $100k base + Truck + Benefits & Bonus

We’re partnering with a well‑established, family‑run General Contractor in the Wilmington, NC area to appoint a Superintendent to lead small–mid sized commercial projects.

This is a business that has grown steadily over decades, with a tight‑knit team, very low staff turnover, and a strong reputation for looking after their people.

The Opportunity

You’ll be the Superintendent on local commercial projects, running work from site mobilisation through closeout and punch, ensuring schedule, quality, safety, and client satisfaction are consistently delivered.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in commercial construction
• Experience running projects on site as a Superintendent or strong Assistant ready to step up
• Ability to manage schedule, subs, inspections, and day‑to‑day site operations
• Strong communication and leadership style – able to drive performance while maintaining good relationships
