- 5+ years of experience working as a Superintendent
- Strong background delivering Education and/or Healthcare projects
- Recent tenure with a General Contractor
- Ability to manage site operations, schedules, and subcontractors effectively
- Commitment to safety, quality, and project delivery

- Oversee day-to-day site operations from preconstruction through project completion
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff
