Job Description

We are seeking Traveling Superintendents to manage projects nationwide, focusing on commercial, industrial, and datacenter sectors.

  • Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Supervise subcontractors and construction activities on-site.
  • Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Schedule project timelines and coordinate with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 5-25 years of experience as a Project Superintendent, preferably as a Traveling Superintendent.
  • Experience with ground-up projects valued at $15 million or more.
  • Proficient in construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Excel.
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on revenue generation and maintaining repeat customers.
  • Experience leading projects from start to finish.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
