Job DetailsWe are seeking a dedicated Construction Superintendent to lead onsite operations for multifamily residential projects in the Twin Cities area. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing 100-300 unit wood frame builds.

Position Overview
As the Construction Superintendent, you will oversee full-cycle onsite construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality and safety standards. You will manage subcontractors, schedules, safety protocols, and daily operations while collaborating closely with leadership and internal teams. This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and strong leadership in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all onsite construction operations from pre-construction through project completion
- Manage project schedules, subcontractor coordination, material deliveries, and sequencing
- Monitor progress, conduct inspections, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
- Forecast labor, materials, and equipment needs; adjust plans as necessary to stay on track
- Maintain daily reports and communicate progress to leadership and ownership
- Oversee site safety compliance, OSHA regulations, and local/state building codes
- Collaborate with city officials, inspectors, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Provide onsite direction, problem-solving, and value engineering throughout construction
- Support site readiness for leasing, marketing, and turnover phases
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of onsite supervision experience managing multifamily wood frame construction projects (100-300 units)
- Minnesota multifamily construction experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable managing full project lifecycle with limited oversight
- Knowledge of MEP trades, wood framing, site work, and interior finish scopes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving project needs
- High integrity, collaborative mindset, and strong problem-solving skills
