Responsibilities

• Run daily site operations: schedule, crews, logistics
• Lead subs and trades to hit production and quality targets
• Build and manage look-ahead schedules with PM
• Read plans, drive sequencing, solve field issues fast
• Enforce safety and lead site meetings
• Track progress, reports, and documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years as Superintendent (ground-up)
• Experience in data center, advance manufacturing, mission critical, industrial, warehouse, manufacturing or cold storage
• Strong plans/specs knowledge
• Proven multi-trade leadership
• Open to travel
