Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Piping/Mechanical Superintendent in the Dallas area to lead field operations, oversee craft personnel, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate field teams to support construction and maintenance activities
• Supervise and mentor foremen and supervisory staff
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
• Support project planning, scheduling, and execution
• Resolve field issues, delays, and technical challenges
• Oversee labor planning, reporting, and cost tracking
• Participate in safety programs and incident investigations
• Support training and development of field leadership

What you need for this position:

• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
• Trade apprenticeship or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in a supervisory role
