A growing General Contractor in the Austin market is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their team. This company specializes in high-end commercial interiors, adaptive reuse, and unique commercial construction projects throughout Central Texas and DFW.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day field operations from project start through completion
- Manage project schedules and coordinate subcontractor activities
- Maintain project quality, safety, and production standards
- Lead subcontractor meetings and coordinate with project management teams
- Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and schedule requirements
- Identify and proactively resolve field issues
- Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, inspectors, and project stakeholders
- Assist with project phasing, logistics planning, and site coordination
- Track daily reports, progress updates, and schedule milestones
- Foster a positive and professional jobsite culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience
- Proven experience leading commercial projects as a Superintendent
- Experience managing projects in the $2M–$10M range preferred
- Strong understanding of interiors, renovations, and commercial construction processes
- Excellent scheduling and coordination skills
- Ability to lead from the field and maintain strong subcontractor relationships
- Strong communication and client-facing presence
- Procore experience preferred
- Stable work history and strong references preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $130,000–$150,000
- Annual bonus opportunities
