Job Title: Superintendent
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee key projects within our organization. Initially, you will assist on a commercial development project aimed at repurposing an old facility into a complex for city youth, featuring housing, a training center, and a commercial kitchen. This project involves connecting two adjacent buildings. Following this project, you will transition to our Baltimore City Housing team to oversee development projects involving the rebuilding or replacement of older row homes across entire blocks.

Work Environment
The Superintendent will work on-site with a small project team. The current project site is exposed to the elements due to ongoing renovations. The role involves working on adaptive re-use projects, transforming old industrial buildings into mixed-use structures in the Baltimore area. These projects are both interesting and rewarding, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to community development
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Annapolis, MD.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $43.27 - $43.27/hr.
