Project Manager – Commercial Construction

I’m partnered with a highly respected General Contractor based in Phoenix, Arizona, known for delivering quality projects across the Southwest and maintaining an excellent reputation with clients and subcontractors alike. Due to continued growth, they are looking to bring on an experienced Project Manager to support a strong pipeline of mixed commercial work.

The Role:

This position will see you managing a diverse range of projects, from light industrial builds through to general commercial developments. You’ll take full ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning through closeout
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
• Lead project teams and coordinate with field staff and Superintendents
• Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and cost control
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction
• Background in mixed commercial projects (light industrial and general commercial preferred)
• Strong tenure with previous employers demonstrating stability and progression
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
