As an Instructor with Overtime Athletics, you will lead and manage youth sports and activity programs for elementary-aged children. This full-time, on-site position in Tampa, FL, involves organizing, teaching, and ensuring safety during after-school programs, summer camps, and sports clinics. You will also engage with children, parents, and school staff, work as part of a team, and assist in maintaining a positive learning environment.

• Experience in youth engagement, program facilitation, or teaching in educational or recreational settings
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage groups of children while ensuring safety and fostering inclusivity
• Organizational and time management skills for organizing and executing programs effectively
• Passion for working with children and promoting physical activity and teamwork
• Previous experience in sports coaching or recreation is a plus
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to secure certification upon hire
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in education, recreation, or a related field is a plus
