Description:You will be the Subcontract Administrator for the Subcontract Administration Team. Our team is responsible for developing subcontract specifications, managing bid packages, and overseeing subcontract execution for specialized test equipment and services.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Subcontract Administrator you will be responsible for driving the end‑to‑end subcontract process, from drafting specifications to award and administration.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for specialized test equipment and services.
- Prepare and manage bid packages, evaluation criteria, and proposal analysis.
- Negotiate subcontract provisions, select or recommend subcontractors, and draft award documents.
- Administer resulting subcontracts, including modifications and supplier agreements.
- Collaborate with contracts administration and purchasing to shape subcontract policies.

Basic Qualifications:Candidate must have knowledge and experience buying under the guidelines of the FAR/DFAR, LMAP, CAP, and other acquisition policies and procedures. Candidate must be proactive and have excellent customer service skills, must be able to manage challenging workload effectively and efficiently, exhibit strong problem-solving and communications skills, be a self-starter and an excellent team player. Additionally, the successful candidate must have strong computer skills and experience in SAP or equivalent system. Some travel may be required.
Desired Skills:To be successful, ideally, you should exhibit:
• SAP/P2P/SC Nav experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
