Job Title: Structures Mechanic
Location: Medford, Oregon (On‑site only)
About the OpportunityWe are seeking experienced Structures Mechanics to support heavy maintenance, structural repair, and full rebuild programs on S‑64 heavy‑lift helicopters. This role is based exclusively in Medford, Oregon, and supports long-term fleet expansion and refurbishment projects. You’ll work from blueprints and approved data to repair, fabricate, and install aircraft structural components as part of a skilled, production-focused team.
This position is ideal for mechanics who take pride in precision sheet metal work and want steady, meaningful projects rather than short-term line maintenance.
Compensation, Per Diem & ScheduleWork is performed in aircraft hangar and shop areas supporting heavy‑lift helicopter maintenance and full airframe rebuilds. The Medford facility houses engineering, machining, quality, and administrative teams, offering close collaboration across departments. Standard day shift runs Monday–Friday with the potential transition to a second shift after the initial period. Technicians have access to an advanced electronic tool crib with specialized equipment to support structures work.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $42.00 - $52.00/hr.
