Coordinate and oversee the development of the project plans, reports, permits, specifications, and cost estimates for projects such as bridges, utility adjustments, stream transitions, retaining walls, drainage structures, earth stabilization mitigation improvements, rockslide mitigation, and other concrete, steel, and timber structures.
Participate in the consultant selection process and contract negotiations.
Maintain project administration of the project by monitoring the project schedule, reviewing consultant invoices, and preparing contract amendments as necessary.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: Equivalent to graduation from a regionally-accredited four year college or university with a bachelor's degree in an engineering specialty.
