Job Title: Structural Engineer
Job Description
The Structural Engineer leads the full design and implementation of complex civil and structural engineering projects, primarily within the industrial sector. This role requires advanced technical expertise, strong analytical skills, and sound engineering judgment to deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective structural solutions. Working with a group of experience Sr. Engineers, the Structural Engineer ensures that all designs align with client requirements, project timelines, and budget goals while upholding high standards of quality and compliance.

Work Environment
This position follows a hybrid work model, with a combination of remote work and in-office presence. After the first few months, the role typically requires 2–3 days per week in the office, providing opportunities for in-person collaboration with project teams while maintaining flexibility. The work involves regular use of design and drafting software such as Revit and AutoCAD in a professional office setting.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Duluth, GA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
