Structural Engineer (Entry‑Level)

This is an outstanding entry‑level opportunity for a motivated Structural Engineer looking to start their career with a highly respected and growing engineering firm. In this role, you’ll support the design and analysis of structural systems for buildings and infrastructure, contributing to calculations, modeling, and construction documents while gaining exposure to complex, meaningful work. • Support the design and analysis of structural systems for buildings and infrastructure projects
• Assist with preparing engineering calculations, structural models, and construction documents
• Work closely with senior engineers to gain hands‑on experience and technical mentorship
• Contribute to the design of concrete and steel structures
• Support foundation and infrastructure‑related engineering efforts
• Learn industry best practices while building a strong technical foundation

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering from an ABET‑accredited program
• Coursework in structural, concrete, and steel design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Strong interest in structural analysis and design
• Internship experience is highly desirable but not required
• 0–1 year of professional experience
• A motivated, curious mindset and eagerness to learn

The firm offers flexibility, including hybrid and work‑from‑home structures for many roles, while maintaining a strong collaborative office presence. Candidates should be able to work from either the Chicago suburbs or Atlanta office, depending on assignment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Atlanta, GA.

The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $36.06/hr.
