Now Hiring: Structural Designer

We are looking for a driven and detail‑oriented Structural Designer to join our growing team. • Perform site walkthroughs and field investigations to assess existing conditions
• Analyze and design structural systems for:
  • Custom single‑family residences
  • Structural repairs and retrofits
  • Building renovations and new construction
• Prepare detailed structural drawings using AutoCAD
• Conduct construction inspections and phase observations
• Collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and attention to detail

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a Structural focus
• 1–4 years of experience in Structural Engineering
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Experience in building structural design (excluding bridges and tunnels)
• Design experience with:
  • Structural steel
  • Cold‑formed steel
  • Lumber and masonry
  • Aluminum and concrete foundations
• Experience performing structural analysis and conducting site visits
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• EIT certification
• Master’s degree in Structural Engineering
• Experience with structural software such as RISA 3D and RAM

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Brookfield, CT.

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00/yr.

Company offers, 401k match, 3 weeks PTO, quarter bonuses and 75% medical benefits.

This is a fully onsite position in Brookfield,CT.

This position is anticipated to close on Apr 20, 2026.
