Structural Designer : 199850

We are seeking a Structural Designer to support advanced manufacturing and industrial facility projects. This role focuses on developing high-quality 2D/3D structural models and construction documentation while collaborating across disciplines.

This is a hybrid role based near Pittsburgh, PA (2 days onsite required).

Pay

$33.65 – $47.16/hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop 3D structural models and detailed design drawings
• Produce construction-ready plans and documentation
• Coordinate with engineering and multidisciplinary teams
• Review models for accuracy, quality, and compliance
• Lead small design teams and manage task assignments
• Support project delivery by meeting schedule and quality goals

Minimum Requirements (Must-Have):

• Associate degree in CAD or related field
• 5+ years of structural drafting/design experience
• 3+ years of Revit experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work hybrid (within 50 miles of Pittsburgh, PA)

Preferred Qualifications:

• 7+ years of structural drafting/design experience
• 5+ years of Revit experience
• Experience with SmartPlant, Tekla, Navisworks, or Bluebeam
• Experience with steel and concrete structural design
• Experience in industrial or semiconductor facilities
