What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team that delivers results
  • Own the business — drive sales, KPIs, and customer experience
  • Recruit, hire, and retain top talent in your local community
  • Manage daily operations: inventory, merchandising, and visual standards
  • Execute grassroots marketing and community outreach initiatives
  • Oversee payroll, scheduling, and labor optimization
  • Ensure operational excellence across cash handling, compliance, and safety
  • Create a culture that’s energetic, inclusive, and customer-first


What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of retail leadership experience (Store Manager or strong ASM ready to step up)
  • Proven ability to drive sales and lead teams to exceed goals
  • Strong business acumen (KPIs, payroll, inventory, visual merchandising)
  • Passion for sneakers, streetwear, and customer engagement
  • Experience with hiring, coaching, and developing talent
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays as needed)
