Isalis is hiring a Store Manager for our upcoming Boston location opening this June. This is a rare opportunity for a passionate retail leader to build a team, shape store culture, and play a major role in launching our newest market.

Founded in 2017, Isalis is a trend-driven multi-brand boutique carrying sought-after labels including Bec + Bridge, Simon Miller, Sandy Liang, Tyler McGillivary, Danielle Guizio, and our own private label. With locations in San Francisco and New York City, we’re excited to expand into Boston.

PAY + PERKS

WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- Drive daily store performance, customer experience, and team culture
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Lead styling-focused selling and client relationship building
- Oversee visual merchandising and maintain an inspiring sales floor
- Manage operations including scheduling, inventory, and store standards
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years of retail leadership or management experience
- Strong personal style and passion for fashion
- A confident leader who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Sales-driven mindset with strong customer relationship skills
- Experience with retail operations, merchandising, and team development
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
SCHEDULE EXPECTATIONS
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Weekend availability required
- Availability during peak holiday and summer retail periods required
