The Role; Run your own 2M ground up project; You are the point in the field; Lead day to day site operations; Coordinate subs and sequencing; Own schedule, logistics, and execution; Drive look aheads and weekly planning; Handle inspections, QA QC, and site safety; Backed by a dedicated Project Manager, but you run the job
Projects; Ground up commercial; K-12, healthcare, municipal, recreation, financial, religious, office, retail, light multifamily
Who This Is For;
• PEs with 4 to 6 years of commercial or residential construction experience in Colorado
• Strong Project Engineer or Assistant Superintendent background
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Ability to read plans and understand sequencing
• Exposure to scheduling and site logistics
• Comfortable coordinating subs and holding the line in the field
• Ready to take full ownership of a job
Compensation; 95K to 105K base; 2 to 7 percent bonus; Healthcare and 401k; Company SUV with gas card; Full benefits
Requirements;
• Must be local to the Front Range
• Able to drive to job sites across the Denver market
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to pass a background check
• 4 to 6 years as a PE / Sr. PE / and or Asst Sup
• Ground up experience preferred
• TI experience acceptable if ready to transition into ground up
• Ability to read plans and understand sequencing
• Comfortable working full time in the field
• Strong communication with subs, inspectors, and internal team
