Responsible for scraping, racking, stacking and washing china, silverware and glassware with kitchen sanitation equipment. $22.00 Per hour
• Performs any combination of duties to maintain kitchen work areas and restaurant equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Sweeps and mops floors; washes worktables, refrigerators and meat blocks; removes trash and garbage.
• Responsible for gathering and disposing of all trash and garbage.
• Completes special assignments for management as requested.
