Staff UX Designer, Digital Innovation (DI)

Job SummaryThe Staff UX Designer is a high‑leverage individual contributor including new business opportunities. The role focuses on translating future‑state intent into actionable experience patterns, prototypes, and pilot‑ready designs.
The team this person will support will be accountable for de‑risking decisions, not just driving revenue through net‑new innovation. The team supports clarity in defining business direction, so the right things are built, at the right level of fidelity, before major investment.
This is not a visual or creative production role. It is a strategic, systems‑minded product and UX role focused on innovation that can be adopted and scaled. The role works in close partnership with Experience Design (XD), Adoption Experience (AX), Trade Experience Realization (TxR).

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $75.00 - $80.00/hr.
