LHH is partnering with a dynamic, values-led, privately held organization in the Portland metro area to hire a Talent Acquisition Partner who will play a key role in shaping and elevating their corporate recruiting strategy. This is a highly visible, hands-on opportunity where you’ll lead executive-level searches, enhance sourcing strategy, mentor a recruiter, and collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive impactful hiring decisions.
This is a hybrid position based in Portland, OR. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, with a targeted base salary range of $90,000–$110,000, plus comprehensive benefits.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-impact, non-operations roles across the organization
- Drive senior-level hiring efforts, including Director and VP searches, with exposure to executive recruitment initiatives
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, including market mapping and targeted outreach, to build strong talent pipelines
- Serve as a strategic partner to hiring leaders, aligning talent initiatives with evolving business needs
- Coach and support a recruiter, helping to elevate team performance and recruiting effectiveness
- Partner cross-functionally to enhance and promote the organization’s employer brand
- Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize recruiting processes for greater efficiency and quality
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience with a thoughtful, high-touch approach from intake through offer
- Partner on workforce planning initiatives tied to growth, change, and organizational priorities
- Contribute to early-career and internship recruiting efforts as the business continues to grow
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience with strong ownership of corporate recruiting
- Proven experience recruiting across professional functions such as Finance, HR/People, Technology, Commercial, or similar areas
- Track record of successfully closing senior-level talent, including Director-level and above
- Expertise in direct sourcing and building engaged talent pipelines and communities
- Confidence in influencing and advising leadership throughout the hiring process
- Experience mentoring or developing other recruiters
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and using recruiting data to drive decisions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly
- A collaborative, consultative mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution
