Summary
Seeking a Senior Adaptive Planning Solutions Analyst to design, build, and support enterprise planning solutions. This role partners with Finance and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performing models using Workday Adaptive Planning.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements sessions with FP&A, Operations, and business stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and UAT scenarios
- Design, build, and enhance Adaptive Planning models (sheets, dimensions, calculations)
- Ensure solutions are scalable, performant, and aligned with best practices
- Monitor data integrations and ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Troubleshoot and resolve data, mapping, and reconciliation issues
- Support UAT, deployments, and ongoing model optimization
- Collaborate with data engineering teams on end-to-end data flows
- Maintain documentation and continuously improve planning processes
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in IT, Finance, or related function
- 3+ years of experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar EPM tools
- Experience building budgeting, forecasting, or workforce planning solutions
- Strong understanding of financial planning processes and data modeling concepts
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical/problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Bonus Skills - Experience with data integrations or ETL processes
- Exposure to other EPM platforms (Oracle, SAP, etc.)
- Experience across multiple planning domains (Finance, Supply Chain, HR)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Interest in growing into solution architecture or platform leadership
