Senior Project Manager – Commercial / Industrial MEP Construction

The Role

The Senior Project Manager leads large-scale MEP projects, overseeing client relationships, contract administration, financial performance, scheduling, and execution. This role also mentors Project Managers and Engineers to support team development and project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from kickoff through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met
• Oversee financials including forecasting, cost-to-complete, and profitability
• Coordinate with field leadership, subcontractors, and supply chain
• Review RFIs, project specifications, and subcontractor proposals
• Support field operations and ensure strong safety compliance (OSHA)
• Lead client communication and project meetings
• Mentor and develop PMs and PEs

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial or industrial project management experience
• Experience managing projects $10M+
• Strong mechanical and/or plumbing knowledge
• Ability to read construction documents and manage project financials
• OSHA 30 preferred
