SR. Project Manager

A telecommunications organization is seeking a Project Manager to oversee infrastructure and engineering projects across Alaska. This role is ideal for either:

• A seasoned telecommunications technician or installer transitioning into management, or
• An experienced Project Manager seeking variety within the telecom industry

The ideal candidate is highly organized, capable of managing teams and workflows, and comfortable in customer-facing environments. Experience with capital projects and project bidding is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or similar) required
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience
• Experience with capital projects
• PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or similar certification preferred (or ability to obtain within one year)
• Ability to travel to remote locations in Alaska

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Define project scope, tasks, and resource allocation
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Prepare and present progress reports, including KPIs and performance tracking
• Conduct cost analysis and project estimations
• Perform risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies
• Serve as liaison between internal teams, clients, and vendors
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, standards, and best practices
• Address project-related concerns, questions, and escalations
