What you’ll be doing

• Lead operational performance across plant, terminal, and mining environments with accountability for safety, production, maintenance, and cost control
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, reliability, operational uptime, and workforce capability
• Partner with commercial, logistics, technical, and corporate teams to align operational execution with wider business priorities
• Build and develop high-performing leadership teams while driving accountability, succession planning, and operational consistency across sites

What you’ll bring

• Proven leadership experience within cement, lime, aggregates, mining, quarrying, or other heavy industrial processing environments
• Strong operational and commercial understanding with experience managing budgets, KPIs, and plant performance within 24/7 operations
• Track record of leading multi-site manufacturing or mining teams through operational change and performance improvement
• Strong understanding of safety, environmental compliance, maintenance strategy, and operational best practices within heavy industry
