Pay Range: $125,000 - $155,000 / year
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Business Partner to various Support Cost functions within the Enabling Support Cost model, including but not limited to Finance, Compliance, Quality / Regulatory, Legal, and Quest for Health (Q4H) functions. This role has direct interaction with Executive Leadership, Finance Leadership, organizational leaders at VP and Director level and others throughout supported organizations.As the finance business partner to the supported functions, the Support Cost Sr. Finance Manager is responsible for the accuracy of financial accounting and reporting, working cross-functionally to ensure maintenance of accurate financial information and performing analysis during and after the month-end close process to understand the various matters and their potential outcomes that influence the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance.
Education:
•4-Year College Degree in Accounting or Finance
•CPA and/or MBA a plus
Required Work Experience:
•Minimum 6 years relevant Finance experience in a related industry, public/private accounting experience would be a plus
Knowledge / Skills:
•Demonstrates a strong knowledge of operational and financial processes and practical application of financial and strategic analysis
•Strong Excel skills, including lookup formulas, pivots and macros
•Experience with the PeopleSoft Financial Systems and Hyperion Essbase and Hyperion Planning a plus
•Outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written)
