The Offer Management Senior Manager helps own and execute the vision forDigital Wealth Solutionsinexpanding access tofinancial planning for all.Youwillbe responsible forbuilding, managing, and evolving representativeand client experiences in financial planning and other specialty wealth services. This work spans the entire lifecycle of experiencedesignfromidentifyingclient needs andshepherdingrisk reviews, to driving development andlaunchtomarketin collaboration with product owners.
The Senior Manager will work closely with and report to the Director for Financial Planning.
You willbe responsible forowning and progressingthe financial planning offeringincluding the end-to-end design, development, and launch of new features and programs(especially as they relate to AI). The candidate will have strong collaboration skills andexecutivepresence to effectively build trust and communicate with partners in risk & governance, product, field enablement, and more. As theSenior Manager for Offer Management, you will:
- HarnessGenerative AItopower financial planning experiencesandexpandaccess to insights for clients and prospects
- Design and manage go-to-market andimplementationplans forfinancial planning and other key wealth management experiences
- Have a client-first mindset, becoming an expert in the needs, expectations, and pain points of clients and advisors
- Identifyand navigate issues and gaps in the client & representativeexperience, program design, and delivery
- Facilitate meetings and working sessions to drive efficient issue identification, creative problem solving, and effective decision-making across partner teams and with team leaders
- Develop and deliver clear, compelling presentations for senior leadership that will be used to influence the strategic direction ofkeyexperiences
- Quickly build credibility and trust to cultivate and nurture strong partnerships with cross-enterprise business partners, stakeholders, executives, vendor contacts, and client-facing representatives.

Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degreerequired
- A passion for understanding how AI canserve the financial planning needs of clients
- Strong problem solving, project management, and program management skills
- Strong ability to shepherd efforts throughthe full spectrumofrisk/legal/compliance/supervisionforums (fromtheweeklyriskproject team totheNew Products & Services RiskOversight Committee)
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to visualize program design & delivery holistically across multiple time horizons
- Exceptional communication, relationship management, and influencing skills; strong emotional intelligence and executive presence. Thrives on building strong authentic relationships on the team and across the organization
- Experience in gathering data and synthesizing insights to understand client needs, and use these insights to inform design and positioning offinancial planningproducts and services
- Excellent presentation skills anddemonstratedsuccess in a collaborative environment
- Exceptional organization skills and the ability to keep self and others informed of and prepared for key milestones on offer roadmaps
