Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise maintenance teams within established operational and site‑maintenance systems.
  • Execute and enhance the site maintenance plan, ensuring reliability and performance targets are met.
  • Drive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance and continuous improvement, addressing risks and non‑conformances proactively.
  • Communicate local action plans and align maintenance activities with functional strategy and organizational objectives.
  • Contribute to annual business planning, including budgeting, resource planning, and business case development.
  • Manage performance through clear objectives, KPIs, accountability, and corrective actions when needed.
  • Support quality assurance initiatives and continuous operational improvements.
  • Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Develop organizational capability by identifying skill gaps, coaching team members, and supporting technical development.
  • Promote effective internal communication and collaboration across functions.

 

 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level (Engineering or technical discipline preferred).
  • 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in maintenance or engineering roles within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of maintenance systems, HSE requirements, and operational compliance.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and drive performance.
  • Solid business acumen with the ability to interpret financial and operational data.
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
