The Senior IT Recruiter will lead end-to-end contractor hiring for technology roles across offshore (India) and onshore (U.S.) markets. This role owns the full lifecycle recruiting process—from workforce demand intake, sourcing, and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding—across a broad range of technical skill sets.
You will plan and execute proactive sourcing strategies using multiple channelsto include trusted vendors, recruitingtools, and professional networks toidentifyhigh-quality technology contractors and build sustainable talent pipelines aligned to both immediate and long-term hiring needs. Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and internal stakeholders, you will deliver market insights, hiring recommendations, and a consistently high-touch candidate experience.
This role is critical to ensuring thetimelydelivery of top-tier technical talent whilemaintainingstrong operational excellence, andan outstandingexperience for candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
