Role Overview

We are seeking a Sr. Industrial Network Engineer with hands‑on experience in deploying, operating, upgrading, and maintaining Cisco routers, switches, and industrial outdoor radios (Cambium, Aviat). The role requires deep knowledge of routing/switching protocols, tunneling technologies, and troubleshooting industrial radio connectivity issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, operate, upgrade, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and outdoor radios (Cambium, Aviat)
• Troubleshoot routing protocols (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF), tunneling (IPSec, DMVPN, VRFs), and switching (RSTP, PVST, HSRP, EtherChannel)
• Install and troubleshoot industrial radios, including interference and signal issues
• Analyze outdoor radio performance and recommend fixes
• Commission/decommission and manage industrial network equipment connectivity
• Perform router/switch/radio upgrades, patching, and hardware refresh
• Manage compliance activities to keep network/radio systems evergreen
• Participate in technical consultations and plan new industrial radio deployments
• Provide best practice recommendations and operate within guardrails
• Apply practical knowledge of SCADA, PCN, OT environments and guardrails
• Engage with vendor support teams to resolve OT performance issues
• Act as single point of contact for customer experience, managing onsite/offshore teams
• Work within ITSM processes (change management, ticket resolution, automation ideas, revision control)

Required Skills

• Hands‑on deployment and troubleshooting of Cisco routers/switches and industrial radios (Cambium, Aviat)
• Strong knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF), tunneling (IPSec, DMVPN, VRFs), and switching (RSTP, PVST, HSRP, EtherChannel)
• Expertise in industrial radio installation, troubleshooting interference, and connectivity issues
• Experience with SCADA, PCN, OT environments
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and team management
• Familiarity with ITSM processes (change management, ticketing, automation)
